Sri Ramesh, the Director of Information Services Supplier & Commercial Operations at La Trobe University, stands as a beacon of leadership and empowerment in the field of Information Technology (IT). With a rich professional journey spanning over two decades, Sri has made significant contributions across Corporate, Government, and Education sectors, both locally and internationally. Her achievements were acknowledged as she emerged as a finalist at the prestigious CAUDIT Leader Award 2022.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sri is deeply committed to giving back to the community and championing Equity Diversity & Inclusion, and advocating for Women in IT. At La Trobe University, she co-chairs the Gender Equity Working Group and member of Equity Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Committee, Cultural Qualities Working Group, Mentoring @ LaTrobe Program emphasising her passion and commitment for Diversity & Inclusion.

Sri's influence extends beyond the boundaries of La Trobe University, evident in her memberships at the Council of Australasian University Directors of Information Technology (CAUDIT), Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and the Victorian Directors of Information Technology (VDIT). Notably, she was instrumental in establishing the 'Women in IT CoP' at VDIT, where she serves as the Chair. In this capacity, Sri actively empowers and supports women professionals in the IT sector, fostering a collaborative environment for collective learning and leadership.

As a true advocate for driving impactful change and promoting diversity and inclusion in the ever-evolving world of technology, Sri Ramesh's leadership exemplifies the spirit of the International Day of Women and Girls in STEM.
